Welcome to the Nesting Days website. Nesting Days is operated by New Planet, LLC (Nesting Days). We respect the privacy of our customers, partners and suppliers of product or services. This Privacy Policy governs the use of the Nesting Days Website and is here to provide you with information concerning how we collect personal information when you use this website, and how we collect other information regarding your interaction with this website without identifying you as an individual; how we use, handle and disclose collected information; and choices you may have about the ways we collect and use that information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Nesting Days collects information about you when you complete purchases on our website, use our website, and register on our website. We use this information to provide the functionality of the website, to improve its quality, to personalize your experience, and to process transactions. For example, when you order a product from our website, we will collect your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and phone number.

Nesting Days does request any owner of a Nesting Days carrier to register at our product recall page, whether or not you purchased the carrier directly from us. We use this information to contact carrier owners in the U.S. and Canada about safety recalls, should any occur.

We also use your information to send promotional emails to you, where you have consented to receive it. These emails will inform you of new products, special sales, and events that may be of interest to you. If you’re ready to move on to the next stage of parenthood beyond carriers, or if you do not wish to receive such emails for any reason, you can opt-out/unsubscribe from them. You can do this by following the detailed instructions contained in those emails.
We do not collect any credit card or banking information. Nesting Days uses two third-party systems called Shopify and Paypal. You may select which service you would like to complete your payment with. Whenever you visit our website, some information is automatically collected. NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

1. Your California Privacy Rights (As Provided by California Civil Code section 1798.83).

COMMERICAL AND NON-COMMERICAL COMMUNICATION

By providing information to the Website, such as signing up for a newsletter or promotion, you waive all rights to file complaints concerning unsolicited email from Nesting Days, since you have agreed to such communication by providing your information to Nesting Days. However, you may unsubscribe from certain communications by notifying Nesting Days that you no longer wish to receive solicitations or information. Nesting Days will remove you from the database, when you have the right to request this under the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or applicable law, or where Nesting Days voluntarily decides to grant the request.



CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT

While our products are made for babies, the Nesting Days website is directed to users over the age of 13. Nesting Days does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age or have any reasonable grounds for believing that persons under the age of 13 are accessing the Website.  If Nesting Days discovers any inadvertently collected Personal Information of a person under the age of 13, that information will be swiftly deleted from its’ records.
